Why Midtown?
The two most crowded areas on the beach are downtown and uptown. Midtown does not have the crowded high-rises nor does it have the large chain hotels and dense population of downtown.
Midtown is full of smaller condos and one of the “thinner” sections of the barrier island. This area offers the quite laid back comfort that has attracted vacationers and locals alike. Midtown offers the more convenient Route 90 access to OC and is equidistant from both the boardwalk and Delaware state line.
