Is there high speed internet (Wi-Fi) at the condo?
Yes, Xfinity provides Beachmark 1k wireless access for FREE!

Can I bring a pet?
The Beachmark Condominium Association does not allow guests to have pets of any kind.

What about parking?
You will receive one parking pass for the designated parking space. During the summer, parking is at a premium as there is SOME on-street parking near the condo on both 73rd and 74th Street.

Do you provide linens?
No, you will need to bring all your linens including beach towels.

How many people can come?
Our beach condo is equipped to accommodate the number of guests it sleeps (5).

What else do I need to bring?
You should bring your own hand and bath towels, bath soap, paper products (toilet and paper towels), trash bags, foodstuffs, and sunscreen. There are of course several grocery stores located nearby for anything you forget.

What about the kitchen?
This condo has full sit down dining table (seats 4), two additional bar stools to eat at the kitchen bar as well as an outdoor table (seating for four) on the balcony for surfside dining. The kitchen is well equipped with normal kitchen items: microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, utensils, plates, various glasses, and the like.

Do you provide condiments?
You’ll find some depending on the time of the year.

What other items can expect?
This condo has Plasma TV with BluRay/DVD player in the living area and a flat screen TV in bedroom. There is also a library of movies for rainy days or movie nights.

Can we check-in early and/or leave late?
No, as we often have short turnaround times for arriving/departing guests for the unit to be professional cleaned.  Occasionally there may be the ability to rent additional days based on availability.

Can we smoke?
There is definitely no smoking, neither inside or on the balcony; we cater to smoke sensitive environments for our guests; this is a strict policy.

Does the pool have a life guard?
No.

What about maid service?
The condo will be professionally cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Daily maid service or interim cleaning is not available.

How far in advance do I need to book?
It depends. However, as soon as you have a date in mind check with our availability.
